The indoor heated pool offers a perfect spot to unwind after a long day, along with a beautifully decorated lobby that makes you feel welcomed right off the bat. With lakeside view rooms available, the ambiance is really something special for a relaxation break.
The shower in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had a notable clog, causing overflow issues during use, which isn't ideal for a proper wash-up after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast buffet fell short of expectations, leaving a bit to be desired with limited options and mediocre quality. Housekeeping also missed cleaning the room entirely on the second day, which felt like an oversight especially considering the time we were out.

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, a great restaurant, and an indoor pool are just a few highlights. The staff has always helped me, including guiding me on where to exchange money. Can’t wait to come back for a weekend!

This was a reliable pick for a transient stop in Groton with good value for price. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the best I've had on this trip. If you're staying during the weekend, plan for the Bonvoy Lounge to be closed.

I liked the indoor pool. it was spacious and well-maintained. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making check-in feel easy. My room, the King Room, was neat and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The food at the Helmsman Restaurant impressed me, especially the breakfast options. However, I faced a few issues. My requests for extra towels took longer than expected to be addressed, and I noticed the cleanliness of the common areas could use more attention. Trash cans were overflowing, which didn’t leave the best impression. Overall, I enjoyed my time but wish the service had been more attentive and prompt.

missingWrote a review on Feb 26comfortable roomgreat breakfastpoor phone supportcondescending staffdelay in service
The King Room offered a comfortable stay, complemented by great breakfast options including homemade pastries. However, a frustrating experience arose when I attempted to verify my reservation over the phone. The staff member was unhelpful and condescending, which was unexpected given my past positive experiences with the brand. Additionally, there was a delay in handling my incidental charges, which did not align with my expectations from the service quality I had come to know.
